Typically we ask the member requesting a tag vote to go through an Admin of a series he races in.
We also ask them to make some sort of a donation to the league so we know they are serious about wanting to be a tag wearing member.

If your donation is on behalf of Alex I'm sure he appreciates it and will have no problem requesting a tag vote from any Admin he races with.
