FYI.. The Marx Set Book by Greenberg has this at $75.00 in excellent condition. The only problem is the book is dated 1991. That was actually the bull run of the train market though. $65.00 seems like a fair offer to me. However if you put it in an auction who knows what you will acquire for it! Competition makes people crazy!
