Andy, Being here in the Detroit area I'm very familiar with a number of designs for these types of tools. Andy we are a mold spare part shop in PA. we build inserts we call "fishbones" we make these on a makino cnc edm. call if you would like more info 1-800-691-5072 Mike S.
