I would like to know about the Mould Design of Expanded Polystyrene parts. I have used imported moulds in India, Some are Gravity casted construction and some are tig welded construction. The level of Productivity varies due to, Part Design, Material processing parameters, and Mould construction. I Request, Please provide the technical guidelines for EPS Product Designing,Mould designing and EPS material selection guidelines Processing guidelines. My visits abroad have shown there is a technology for the above which is protected by group of companies.
I always share my knowledge with my vendors in improving their performances resulting in Continous cost improvements which is need of the Present days business scenerio.

Under this i request technical knowledge in this area. I am handling all injection and EPS moulds for my company in India.
