We are located in Pakistan having following facilities

-CNC Lathe
-EDM conventional with orbicut
-Some supporting machine like surface and cylinderical grinders, furnances, conventional lathes and milling etc.etc.

10 Machinist un educated but experienced

CAD Section
1-Two designers

Activity Planning & Control (APC) Section
One person schedule and reschedule the whole of acitvities and assign to the shop floor and record the feed back on daily basis.

Organization hirarchy

Cheif Designer
- Supervises the design Section
- Supervises the Manager Tool Room
- Responsible to deliver drawings based on properly evaluated desgn.
- Directly involved in R&D.


Mnager Tool Room
- Report to Cheif Designer
- Supervise the Planning & Controlling Section.
-Supervise the Machinning & Assembly Section.
-Actively participate to Designing Committee.
-Responsible to deliver according to drawing received from Desining section.

Process
Detailed drawings based on evaluated drawings are handed over to Manager Tool Room who firstly get the assigned job planned by elocating resources and than send this to Machining section. Once the whole machining is completed according to drawing the assigment is handed over to mold assembly area. Where Mould is assembled , make this ready for trial.


The Problems
-Most of the time mold are not delivered in time
-Most of the time mold trials escelate more than 5 or 6 trial where as our standard is 3 trials.
-Most of the time delivery time is slipped.
