I actually do enjoy my life, just the way it is. Ofcourse i don't know what love feels like, but i also wont commit suicide or murder someone if i don't recieve it, something i've witnessed personally. So yes, emotions indeed guide people, sometimes in the direction that is not considered in your fantasy world.
