Is this over medication of can this cause problems?

Medications is this too much or can this cause a person who does not have dementia appear to have dementia?

Haldol Tab 1mg daily PO
Haldol Tab 2mg daily QHS
Paxil Tab 10mg daily PO
Risperdal Tab 1mg daily PO QHS
Cataprez TTS2 Patch apply weekly (Saturday)
Haldol dec 50mgml give Yz cc Im @ 4 weeks
Multi vitamin tab daily PO
