I agree Lester. I refuse to buy any MPC or Modern Era Lionel items. I strictly collect and operate Postwar. I love seeing " THE LIONEL CORPORATION NEW YORK" on my trains! I say that anyone who buys "New" Lionel items is contributing to Kim Chong Il of North Korea and Jiang Zemin of Red China. Perhaps a few nuclear strikes on US soil will awaken our people but I sure pray to God not.

While we're talking made in USA, let's not forget Marx Trains. Their current production is made just like the originals. The old 3/16 Scale line was so nice that S-guage operators were known to replace the Marx O-guage wheels with Flyer, and run 'em. I still get a kick out of the 4-wheel line too.
