I have a significant business background. 20 years as a owner and investor in several successful automotive sector businesses. One of my larger enterprises employed and had operations in US, India, Canada, and Germany so my investment into MLM was both clumsy and slow...like my former industry had conditioned me. I have to say that after almost 5 years in the Industry I now understand how to succeed or fail as I have seen my business do both. Many people jump from company to company because they don't understand that every business has natural grow curves. I employed a few thousand individuals during my traditional business period and I found that most (good) employees grow in a position for about 5 yrs and then they peak. What takes place after 5 yrs of growth is a repeat of those skills for the next 25 yrs. The market is changing rapidly and value is a moving target so our skills and our understanding most move as well. I wish that I had invested just a fraction of the millions that I had to borrow to fund those high liability operations...but I'm glad I finally found the business that I did.  |

Good morning Always happy to remind good memories with Quorum International! What a such good experience, with personal alarms, home alarms, suitcase alarms... I sold very much products and had not time enough to build up a network. I was a "young" distributor at this time.
