when I paste in text I have written into one of my webpages in the file manager ( in swedish ) into my page and save the page, and then go and look at the page, it has changed and added loads of weird signs making everything unreadable ???
how do i stop this ? its driving me crazy !!!!

You were looking at the wrong site.
If you look at the info page at http://www.garryleetaylor.co.nr/ ( you will see the button )
On that page at the bottom left ( above the home button ) you will see the kind of thing I mean.

but waht you see on the page is full with weird symbols etc..and it des this evertime I paste text into this homepage ?
It's looking like the encoding is getting mixed up. You might want to look into the content meta tag and set the correct charset. Other than that there's probably sites that will help you to replace characters with html entities that are a lot safer to use in code.
