Need help installing Autoresponder software on Bravenet server

My Autoresponder software requirements are:

1. Hosting server with UNIX operative system (Linux/FreeBSD)

2. Perl 5 and Perl LWP library

3. Acces to CGI-BIN directory

Am I on the correct hosting server or I need another with these perfil?
