I am attempting to run the initial install script for php for MySQL. I keep getting an error to check my username, password, dbname, and host name. I think my problem is with the host name. They suggest that most providers use 'localhost' as DB_HOST, but trying to get an answer from a help ticket is like pulling teeth.
