W3C XHTML non-validation of Counter code

Hi there.....my website validates fine until I put your copy and paste Counter code on my index page, then my pages no longer validate (6 errors are listed). What do I do to get my website to validate with your code?

This is the W3C validator page:
http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.pacifickingfishingcharters.ca%2F

This is the website:
http://www.pacifickingfishingcharters.ca

I'm sure it's a quick fix, but I can't figure it out.

Thanks for any assistance.

Browser: ff or ie

OS: xp

Re: W3C XHTML non-validation of Counter code

It is very easy to fix this :

replace & symbol in the counter code with & amp;
(Remove space between & and amp;)
