is there a way to find our mysql settings without submitting support ticket?
I found the database names, user names, and server. Doesn't work. Wondering if anyone knows where to find the HOST name? Is it localhost? (that doesn't work, at least not with the combination I have so far.)

Have you resolved this yet? I, too, am trying to use MySQL, but I keep getting the same message when I try to install php. I know the db name and password is correct, but maybe 'localhost' is not what Bravenet wants us to use. Does it take a while for Bravenet to activate the db?
