whats the code for linking an application or inquiry form that random people fill to link it to an email so it would auto send to the email?
for example: I created a page where it has blanks and options for people to choose from. and when they click submit, it should go to my email. how can I do that?
You can't do it with html, you either need to use a server side scripting language like PHP either uploaded to your own hosting, if your service provider permits it or through an externally hosted service like Bravenet's.
There are a number of sources of free email scripts, they tend to support different features. For example the Bravenet free service does not include attachments but they do let you send to multiple recipients.
The Bravenet form would fulfill the spec from your post but do be aware that it will always send a copy to your registered Bravenet address although you can send to a different address AS WELL.
