First double check that the problem isn't with your browser cache. If what you see on the page isn't up to date then click the reload button on your browser a couple of times. Failure to understand how browser cache works is by far the most common reason for this query.
If that doesn't fix it then view the page source to check what your browser is seeing. Sometimes a coding error will make a change invisible.
If you still have a problem then it might be a Bravenet issue (this is usually unlikely enough to be discounted but with the recent rash of posts it is a possibility). In this case you need to raise a ticket.
