Ok so im having issues with my website i have been trying over and over again to open my website and it just wont work it doesnt seem to load the website and it is important to me because i need it for my business what can i do to fix it...

Ara you have not even given the URL to your site so we could see for ourselves

or told us what you get when you try to go to your site

any number of things can be wrong

your domain expired and you didn't renew it
your hosting also expired and didn't renew it

you have something on your computer that could be blocking access to it for you

Sorry, there is my website url and the problem that is occuring is that when i try to open my website i doesnt load completely. So what can the problem be?

If you have a business website, it may have been hacked. There doesn't seem to be anything in the code related to the Rosedale Cleaners refered to in the title. Just a huge mass of links to what looks like various scams. Change your password (preferable to something more secure - don't use "Rosedale" as user ID and "cleaners" as password, for example). Upload the real page again.
