OK, you posted this as a general html query not a Bravenet hosting or service query so I guess your site probably isn't hosted at Bravenet and you definitely aren't using Bravenet's proprietory editing software.
Each web page is a separate html file. To create a new page just save with a different file name.
If you still have a problem then it may be because you are talking about something non standard like Blogspot or maybe you are using some really weird software. For specific help you need to give us a lot more detail.
