A customer of mine has just informed me that when they go onto remortgagenow.biz and press submit on the contact us or remortgage page that they get a server error.

I've tested it on 2 computers and it works - is the code not working on their's because of their computer setup?

How do I ensure that the form email post will work with all pcs?

your form is based on a cgi script, so it would not be their personal settings. you would need to check your own script for any errors.

I've dbl and treble checked that these forms work on both my pcs - they do without error.

Is there any way I can direct my form email to my hotmail account without having to goto a mail server?


2 people have had the server referral error when then submit on my remortgage or contact us page - but I and colleagues at work find it working ok - help.........
