hi to you all

so here's the orblem this time whic accounts for why i have spent another whole evening battling with my website.
I just wanted to add some more content onto the resourcse page of the French version - and the footer of the template just kept coming back allover the place... After 4 hours i have just deleted it from the page as there are many people consulting the site now and i didn't want it to look too much of a mess. BUt how do I get t back on? I've tried copying and pasting the html code from another page but all i get is the text and not the actual template itself - in fact i've notices on a coulpe of other pages there is colour missing from the footer.

any ideas how i can solve this?
