How do I make my logo appear in the navigation bar at the top of the explorer bar?

Like look at Bravenet's little shield

Any thoughts?

I am assuming what YOU WANT is the favicon which is the little graphic when you type in the browser that link etc

kind of interesting that a Web Designer wouldnt know what a favicon is...

create a favicon and upload it to your directory.
