use a form from bravenet and it comes from bravenet to YOUR e-mail address with your bravenet account

or look out there for other form builders the form with that goes to your e-mail address you put in there to be sent to


I can't remember one place I tried that someone said they used over bravenet before.


Been a while since used them.

You do not put your email address in the form with any forms service. The service provider holds the address in their database and looks it up when the form is sent.
