I am assuming that people are emailing you through a form.

Just make the paypal payment page the landing page for your form. Paypal should provide you with the necessary parameter string. I have done this (using Nochex rather than Paypal) on the page that I have linked.

If you are using a third party form provider that doesn't let you set the landing page dynamically then get a different provider.
