webpages doubling up, html checked and rechecked-using dreamweaver MX

I searched and didn't see any other threads with this issue. I'm using Dreamweaver to create and edit my website, I just did a whole new layout with drop menu and all. When I surf the web and view my own page (I'm using IE) some of the pages are showing double, the header image and whole page is displayed below just as it is above, and on some the whole page seems to be imbeded in the maincontent div set. It's not like this in dreamweaver when I edit and when I preview, I don't show any doubled html coding, and I'm using Ipswitch WS_FTP to send it all in? I can't seem to figure out what is happening or why. Any help would be appreciated.

Nevermind, nevermind, as soon as I ask I figured it out... isn't that always the case?
Somehow my script tag for my menu was at the bottom of the webpage and how that caused it to duplicate itself I don't know but I moved the script tag back up next to the other script tag and it's working... must have been a dreamweaver glitch.
