you don't have your form coded right on your page

login to bravenet
click on the form link in your webtools section and get the FULL and complete html code for the form

and place it properly on your site

DO NOT edit the form code in ANYWAY

and it will go to the e-mail address of record wtih your bravenet account


and if it is hotmail then need to set a filter in your account to allow bravenet.com e-mails so it doesn't end up in your junk/bulk/spam folder or not being delivered at all

i'm having some troubles too with recieving the forms. I did try it myself but after clicking the submit button i don't know where did my e-mail go?

follow the previous advice.

check the coding you copied.
check the email setting in your bravenet account.
check your junk/spam folder in your email.

apart from that, you need to provide a link to the page with your form on it.
