When you have problems or questions regarding your services, open a 'support ticket' here and Bravenet staff will assist you with your problem.
Note: We do not provide PHP/MySQL script installation assistance, Java, Flash, Web Design or HTML support, and we can't support the hundreds of online site builders available on the web. If you are having problems adding our codes onto pages built in your webhosts sitebuilder program, contact them for assistance with the correct steps needed to add or maintain your Bravenet service codes.
