Well, they could of course provide what you call "full-length" help and charge you 5 times as much. But if you can afford that, you might prefer to shop for hosting and web design in different places. Having Bravehost techs writing your code for you was just a dream. A dream so ..... shall we say "young in spirit"? that I seriously doubt your website is a business site.
