if you are creating pages offline...

create an FTP account after logging into your bravenet account, create your pages offline, upload them using ftp program.

if you choose to use one of the online editors,
log into your bravenet account, WEBSITES tab, BUILD NEW WEBSITE link. follow instructions there after.
