Need help with my frameset!!

I am truly stuck on this one;

Now, if you go to my website, NewBrimstone.com,
And you click on the banner, in the left sidebar... the link opens in the left sidebar, not in my main window.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem? Please, please respond; I have a deadline.
