Having Problems with the Cascading Menus Script

Hi All,
I'm a "hobby" webmaster rather than a seasoned pro. I downloaded the Bravenet Cascading Menu html and added my links. But the script just gives me a blank screen!
Can some kind soul have a look and tell me what I am doing wrong?

Refresh....I see it fine in both Firefox and IE

If you still have a problem after refreshing, it may be because your code goes:

[frameset code]

<br />


rather than:



[script]

[frameset code]
<br /> <body></body><br />
