I think that the subject speaks for itself. How would i be able to make a page in order for my visitors to be able to register for an account at my site for special benefits that other wouldn't be able to access? I want to make a site like Newgrounds...
To be honest, if you have to ask you are unlikely to have the necessary programming skill to do it.
To start you will need a web host that supports server side scripting and a database (not a free Bravehost site). You will probably be able to find some free scripts through Google to get you started but you will need to be able to do some extensive tailoring to make them fit.
