I would like to be able to make banners for the voy boards, w/scrolling text across the top and pics and text in the body. I dont have a clue how to do it. Can I do it here? do i need a special program, If i create a page on my computer using a photo type program, i need to be able to get the html code in order to place in on a voy board, can that be done here.

The most difficult part of your question is the repeated question of "can I do that here..."

What do you mean? Are you asking if changing from a voy board to a bravenet forum will make what you have in mind easier?

And you seem to have difficulties making up your mind: Are you talking about a banner or a web page? A banner will usually be an image. A web page is ... well, a web page. But it isn't something you put into a board.

To make banners with moving text and images you need
a graphics and animation progam like PSP/Animation Shop.
It not so easy to do.
You save the finished banner as a .gif image.

or go to a online banner site to make your image..

You need to upload your banner image to
a free image hosting site like photobucket.

You then get a html image tag
so you post your image on your desired boards/forums.
