When an email form is posted and emailed to me, why does it look like "jibberish" all bunched together and hard to read?

How so?

Someone might be able to help, if you provided pertinent information, such as:

(1) the URL of the page with the form
(2) a copy of part of the result -- no more than three or four lines -- pasted into your response here
