I have scripts that i can use for this hosting but i need to know how to put them into the site. If you can tell me how or do it for me that would be appreciated
I assume you mean Java Script. As you have a free account you cannot use any server side scripts.
HOW depends on what editor you are using. The procedure if you were using Bravenet's Website Wizard is totally different to if you are using your own copy of, for example, Dreamweaver.
We also need to know if the scripts will run in separate .js files or if they will be added to the pages themselves. It also makes a difference if the script only goes in the body or if there is a section that neads to go in the head section of the page.
Give us the info somebody can give you step-by-step instructions.
