Just set your preferences to allow what they call "color and graphics".

Here's how:

While viewing your Yahoo Mail page, click on:

Options

Then, under Personalization, click on:

General Preferences

Then, under Composing E-mails, select "Compose messages as color and graphics".

You may want to check the other settings to make sure they are what you want.

You can check it out by sending mail to yourself, in another account (non-Yahoo) for the best test.

That will do it!

I misunderstood what you want to do. The method I suggested will allow you to send HTML e-mail messages, but you would have to compose them in the Yahoo Mail window.

If you want to send an HTML document that already exists on your hard drive (or a floppy, flash drive, etc.), then you are correct to be concerned about sending it as an attachment. Many people will just delete the message without reading its content.

The only way I know that you can do what you want to do is to upgrade to Yahoo Mail Plus. Currently they say it costs "only $19.99/year". But this will only work if you can set up a mail client to use POP3 access to Yahoo Mail. I haven't used Yahoo! Mail Plus, so I don't know if the web interface would support what you want to do.

i think i can help you, ive been puting html in my emails for months now to boost my business, i first learn in this site www.mymailout.com they use templates like what ebays uses when they send newletters,but they have a membership fee, if you want to send only one html mail, well i think they still got the 60 day free trial i dont know, but there you go, :)
