Auto Update HTML With Dir Info

Various people are storing certain reports in various directories on the internal network. I am looking for a way to update a html file with specific information on the contents of particular network directories. What I want to show on opening or refreshing of the html page would look like:

Daily Report

Name(dir)
. Date '
Filename

John(dir)
. 06Aug05 .
050806-Daily File

Peter(dir)
. 15Sep05 .
050915-Daily File

Paul(dir)
. 11Oct05 .
051011-Daily File

Weekly Report

John(dir)
. 06Aug05 .
050806-Weekly File

Peter(dir)
. 06Sep05 .
050906-Weekly File

Paul(dir)
. 11Oct05 .
051011-Weekly File

1) Daily report is a title only

2) The name(dir) would be hyperlinks to the
particular network directories where the reports are stored. style="mso-spacerun: yes">  This hyperlink opens the applicable network directory folder in
windows explorer and never changes or needs to be refreshed.

3) Date would identify the last dated file found
in the directory.  This date can be
extracted from the filename as the prefix to the filename is date formatted yymmyy. This now identifies who has not prepared
their reports.

4) Filename which is Hyperlink to the latest network path
file (as identified by the filename prefix)

Can anyone help?

Re: Auto Update HTML With Dir Info

This is probably not the best forum for finding an answer to your question. The solution would require some network skills which are uncommon here.

You would need to give some technical detail about your network in order to get a useful answer.
