my website uses frames, and when added the code for the message forum i want to use, it opened it in my main frame, and when you click to 'return to website' it opens my index up in a new window.

any advice on what i did wrong? also, i have a few codes for webrings i belong to on my main page as well, and those also open up in the main frame, instead of a new window.

is there a way i can add a 'target=_blank' code into the string of code for these things so they open in a new window, instead of in my main frame, with my links frame still showing on the left?

i'd greatly appreciate any help on this...and i'm sure i'll be told to go away with the frames, but i prefer to use them.
