How can i put in a title that will show up in the top title bar. I read that you put it after and i know the tags but dont know where to put it in. Any help? thanks

You already have one. You are using one of the Website Wizard layouts. In the Wizard, the "website details" link lets you enter data that will show up in the top title bar.
