You mean a page with an Enter link + some garbage, so that search engines will register your site as without content, and casual visitors will hit the back button without ever seeing your site?
I know that too many visitors can cost you a lot of bandwidth, but don't worry. It is hard enough to attract visitors when you are actively promoting your site. You probably don't need extra intros to drive them away.
But if you don't think so, making one of those pages isn't different from any other page. Just no content.
