how do I get get adsense to work? I put in the code and it works for 5 or 10 page views then it is gone! Is it just me or can you see it? Please let me know :)

Have you checked that Google haven't disabled your account for some reason. Maybe the people paying for your hosting complained that the advertising that they were putting on the pages to earn the money to pay for your hosting was being reduced due to the ads that you put on the page and asked to have them blocked - or maybe Bravenet have something set up to block additional advertising automatically where the advertiser is paying for the hosting.
