I want my banners to be on the top of my page, how can I get it there

When editing I put it in the top box but when previewing it is blank white for about 4 to 6 inches at the top then my banner. Please Help!

Its a html banner. I advertise for dish network and direct tv.




I put it at the top when editing but it just doesn't show up. I would be grateful if you can help.

Sorry. I can tell you how to put it on top of your page, but only if you totally change the way you construct your pages. Let us hope this heading attracts someone more useful.
