Hi, i'm making my first website and I want to know how you add in part of a forum into a page. Do you use RSS to feed it into a frame? No, I do not want a direct link frame. I've seen websites with the navbar on the left and logo on the top and the news headlines in the middle that are actually topics in their forum.

It would either be using Javascript to display the forum content or the whole page is using a server side language to pick up forum content.
