Ok I have mastered the "Page to the Top" codes but I am still not understanding how to link one spot on the page (like a contents list) to a spot on my page????

I have tried to do this on this page:

But I have done something wrong. I want the menu on the left to link to the points on the page but for some reason I cannot seem to under stand how to make the links on the page...?????

I must not understand exactly how to write the links from point a to point b on the same page?

It looks like your trying to create a anchor as a link. For example, part way down your page you have the "Secure attachment:" section. You have it listed like the following:

But all your should be doing is giving it a name. Like this:

Secure attachment:"Secure_Attachment">

Then, your link on the left can point to it with the following:

Secure attachment:

Note that because you are referencing within the existing page, you don't need to include your entire URL in the link reference. All you need is a relative reference to the spot in the document. You only need the full URL if you are linking to a different site.
