There are some helpful people around who know a lot more about the Wizard than I do, and someone can probably answer that. In order for the answer to be useful to you, though, you may want to tell us what kind of file sizes we are talking about and how much bandwidth you bought.
File size is measured in kilobytes, not seconds or minutes. But whatever the actual size, from what you told us it is obvious that this isn't the kind of files you can embed in your page. You link to the files, preferably with a warning about the file size so that people who aren't lucky enough to have cable or faster connections will know better than to try and download.
