The screenshot was made in PaintShop Pro (Capture on the menu) and uploaded to Photobucket.com which allows remote loading in places like this.

I use a little thing called SWBCapture - screen capture utility. It's a small little freebee that lets you capture any window on your screen, instantly. It supports GIF, BMP, JPEG formats. Once it's captured and saved, you can use anything you want to clip or edit it. The page, that the link above goes to, contains a download link.
