I am trying to make some test scroll from the right to the left. Check out Meet the Bugs page on my site. I only want the text to be in one line and go off the left edge like a loop. Anyone know how to accomplish this?

In the Bravenet Script Archive there are two script in the Scroller section that might fit the bill. There is the "Marquee with text links" and "Text-box scroller". They both are adjustable and seem to do what you want.
