I recently looked a website I am making on a computer that had under Display,Settings,Advance, and under DPI setting had Large Setting. This caused havoc with several pages of my site to be outline, graphics going over text, etc. I am a novice in making sites and was wondering is there anything I can be doing to prevent from this from within the HTML coding ?. Once I changed the setting back to normal it looked like I see it on my computer, and several of my friends.

Any input would be appreciated.

There is very little you can do. The main thing is to design your layout so that it will fit gracefully into diferent screen resolutions.

the big no-no is to use absolute positioning for any elements on your page.
