Why do you expect it? Nothing in the free service documentation says it is available.

The only server side language that Bravenet support is PHP and that is only supported with Premium hosting.

No ASP
No .NET
No PERL
No Python
No C or C++
No Coldfusion
No Java (server side ie. JSP)
etc.

mySQL is also supported with Premium hosting if you need a database.
