Yes, you can upload a HTML document to your Bravenet web site. You can upload single file using the File Manager or multiple files/folders using the FTP Applet. Bravenet also has FTP access so you can use your own FTP tools.
Yes, there is a HTML editor. The File Manager offers you a Text and Visual editor.
For zero cost, you can register for a free web site and check things out for yourself.
