Yes it's possible. I believe there are 2 ways you can achieve that.

You can use javascript codes to achieve that. There are many sites on the net that offer free javascripts that can do that. Try using Google to search for it "Free Javascript codes".

Alternatively, if you are creating the ads yourself, simply create a gif animation with as many layers as you need, each displaying a seperate add.
